Ming Xu is CEO of ForceShield. Ming co-founded ForceShield with Yumin Lin in 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management, R&D, and sales and marketing. Prior to ForceShield, Ming served as the GM of a Symantec joint venture in North America, delivering exponential growth both in R&D and sales. In a previous role as VP, CTO office at Symantec, Ming drove innovation strategy and oversaw Symantec’s offshore technology centers.
Yumin Lin is CTO and creator of ForceShield’s Dynamic Transformation Technology. At ForceShield, Yumin leads the product, development and engineering teams. Most recently, he served as Director of Security Practice at Ernst & Young where he was responsible for building and managing the firm’s security operations in China. During his 20+ years in the security sector, Yumin held various senior engineering and management positions at Symantec and Cisco supporting large enterprise customers in finance, telecom, and emerging ecommerce.
Eric Hsu leads ForceShield’s sales globally. In 2008, Eric founded Netbridge Technology, which provides high performance network, storage, and digital media solutions. Netbridge remains an exclusive Netgear partner in Taiwan. Prior to Netbridge, Eric held senior management roles at Ironport (acquired by Cisco) and Trend Micro.
Sebastian Kamyshenko is responsible for engineering excellence, product delivery and Quality Assurance at ForceShield. An engineering and delivery leader, specializing in network and application security, he previously held positions at F5 Networks, Sun Microsystems, and Netscape.
Ivo Raznjevic has overall responsibility for guiding ForceShield’s business growth strategy. A 20-year technology R&D executive, his experience ranges from working in large multinational organizations to co-founding a networking startup. Ivo previously served as Chief Security Officer for Cisco’s China joint venture, and as a Technology Advisor for Softbank.
Isabel Hsu leads ForceShield’s global marketing team, and is responsible for overseeing strategic marketing and PR communications initiatives. With more than 20 years international sales and marketing experience in B2B and B2C, Isabel has a proven record of driving growth programs in both enterprise and consumer segments, in key channel marketing and customer acquisition roles at Microsoft, MasterCard, and as a spokesperson for Symantec.
